Tempranillos (pronounced “tehm-prah-NEE-yoh”) like this “joven” (pronounced “HO-ven” - Spanish for “young”) are easy-drinking with cherry pie, spice, earth and vanilla flavors and aromas. They exhibit less oak and are made stylistically to be more accessible when young. 2010 Decanter World Wine Awards: Commended.
